1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and gk99bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gk99bet website located at gk99bet.app and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, card games, and any other features made available by gk99bet from time to time.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the gk99bet platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the gk99bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use or access the gk99bet platform.

gk99bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use gk99bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gk99bet strictly prohibits participation by minors. 18+
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and bots are not permitted to register.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on gk99bet or be subject to any cooling-off period that has not yet expired.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of gk99bet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Your account must not have been previously closed by gk99bet for breach of these Terms.

gk99bet employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, or birth certificate. Where satisfactory age verification cannot be completed, gk99bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of gk99bet services, you are required to create a personal account by completing the registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each person may hold only one gk99bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity occurring under your account credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, and you will be held liable accordingly. gk99bet will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

gk99bet reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of any pending withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gk99bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. gk99bet does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits are credited to your gk99bet account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, you should contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. gk99bet does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that were not used to fund the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval by the gk99bet finance team. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• gk99bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 5.
• gk99bet does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard withdrawal requests. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• In cases where gk99bet suspects fraudulent activity, the platform reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel a withdrawal pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gk99bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions tied to specific events such as the BPL, IPL, or ICC tournaments. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

The following general rules apply to all gk99bet bonuses unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless the promotion specifies that the deposit amount is also included.
• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (unless stated otherwise) on eligible markets count towards meeting sports betting wagering requirements.
• For casino and slot bonuses, only bets on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. Free spins on restricted games and certain high-RTP games may be excluded — the eligible game list will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account without notice.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless stated otherwise.
• gk99bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has partially met the wagering requirement, the player will retain the proportional share of winnings attributable to real-money play, and the bonus balance will be removed.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise in the platform's wallet settings.

6 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on gk99bet are subject to the specific rules of the market or game on which the bet is placed, as well as the general betting rules set out below. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

Sports Betting:

• Bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and maximum stake limits, which vary by market and event. gk99bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual selection at any time.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time market availability. gk99bet reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market without notice.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as stated in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• Where a bet is placed on an incorrect price due to a manifest error, gk99bet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the offered price.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI).

Casino & Slot Games:

• All casino and slot games on gk99bet are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by the game provider's certified RNG software.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that interrupts a round of play, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. gk99bet is not responsible for network interruptions on the player's side.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gk99bet. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and may have their real-money balance withheld pending investigation. In serious cases, gk99bet reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities.

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; using fraudulent documents for KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using gk99bet in any manner intended to conceal the origin of funds or to transfer funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or in connection with any arrangement to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players at live casino tables, card game lobbies, or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit odds movements, or interact with casino games.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been used to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering more than one gk99bet account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward gk99bet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price differences across markets in a manner that circumvents normal betting risk, particularly in conjunction with bonus funds.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

gk99bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under gk99bet's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where gk99bet determines that continued operation of the account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within five business days, provided the account is in good standing and KYC verification has been completed. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have balances withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

gk99bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gk99bet makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, the platform makes no warranty — express or implied — that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk99bet shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match information.
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a player's payment provider, bank, or mobile money operator.
• Technical failures caused by internet connectivity issues, device compatibility problems, or third-party service outages on the player's side.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from a player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if gk99bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gk99bet's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

gk99bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform recognises that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and takes this responsibility seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated by contacting support at [email protected] or through the account dashboard after login.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased immediately — any increase request will take 7 days to come into effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that appear after a set period of continuous play, prompting them to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
